Have you been to a University of Toronto website and seen the paper colors? If you want to set the same colors for your own interface, simply install this extension. Now, you can customize the paper colors on your sites. For example, if you are using blue, and you want to change it to black, simply enter the page, and you will have the option to set it as a default color or permanent color so it will not be changed.
If you don't like the paper color, you can remove the customizer by configuring the settings. Moreover, you can remove the color if you wish to.
